The Little Things That Surprise Us
Posted by sara on August 26th, 2009. Filed under: Avery, School.Last week, Avery busted out with the Pledge of Allegiance randomly in the van. Color me shocked! She said it (sorta) correctly, and right then and there I knew that we were doing the absolute right thing sending her to school.
We tried unsuccessfully that night to get a little video–she couldn’t stop laughing at the fact that her Daddy was videotaping her. WITH HIS PHONE! Hahahaha! That is SO funny! We made the executive decision that her giggling her way through “liberty and justice for all” was probably not the most appropriate thing in the world, so we gave it a rest for awhile.
Tonight we managed to get one that was a smidge better, but you will need to turn your volume way, WAY up in order to hear the first bit. Here’s our little Patriot.
